Pricing and Accessibility
I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible, so I offer an equity-based fee structure. This approach lets families choose a fee that best fits their financial situation, while also helping to sustain the group. My hope is that this flexibility opens the door for more teens to benefit from group therapy.
Here’s the fee structure for a 90-minute session:
Full Fee: $125 per session – For families who are financially secure and able to comfortably pay the full rate. It’s also a good choice for families using insurance to cover a portion of the cost.
Sliding Scale: $100 per session – For families managing moderate financial responsibilities or constraints.
Subsidized Rate: $75 per session – For families with limited financial resources.
This flexible structure is intended to make therapy more accessible, allowing each family to choose the option that feels most comfortable.
Just a quick note: Many insurance plans do cover group therapy! Payment is due at the time of each session, and any covered amount will be reimbursed directly to you by your insurance provider. If you’d like, I’m happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf—just let me know!
I hope you’ll join us!
