Pricing and Accessibility

I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible, so I offer an equity-based fee structure. This approach lets families choose a fee that best fits their financial situation, while also helping to sustain the group. My hope is that this flexibility opens the door for more teens to benefit from group therapy.

Here’s the fee structure for a 90-minute session:

Full Fee: $125 per session – For families who are financially secure and able to pay the full rate.

Sliding Scale Fee: $100 per session – For families managing moderate financial responsibilities or constraints.

Subsidized Fee: $75 per session – For families with limited financial resources.

This structure is designed to offer options that work best for each family’s unique circumstances.

Please note: Many insurance plans cover group therapy. As an out-of-network provider, I don’t bill insurance companies directly, but if you have a PPO plan, your insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost. I recommend reaching out to your provider to ask about out-of-network coverage for group therapy (CPT code 90853). Payment is due at the time of each session, and I’ll provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please let me know if you have any questions!

I hope you’ll join us!
