The vision you hold for your family is within reach. Often, the first step toward meaningful change comes from connecting to a desire in your heart and reaching out for the right support.

Parenting Consultations
For guidance and support with specific challenging behaviors or dynamics
Sometimes parenting can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating—especially when your child is struggling, family dynamics feel stuck, or you’re unsure how to respond in a way that feels supportive and connected. Mindful Parenting consultations offer a space to pause, reflect, and receive compassionate guidance tailored to your child and family.
Parent coaching sessions take place by phone or video and are available nationally and internationally. Together, we explore the challenges you’re facing, strengthen understanding and communication, and identify practical tools to reduce stress and support more connected relationships at home. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mindfulness, attachment, and over 20 years of clinical experience working with children, teens, and families.
The fee for a 45-minute Mindful Parenting consultation is $250. Longer sessions are available upon request and are prorated accordingly.

Please join me for this live, six-session Zoom course presented over six weeks. We’ll strengthen our mindfulness skills, connect with other parents and caregivers, and reset our nervous systems so that we can feel our best, regardless of outside circumstances. Each session will include mindfulness and parenting skills, meditation practice, questions and answers, and small group discussions.
The course is open to parents, teachers, clinicians, and anyone who cares for or about children.

Mindful Parenting Online Course
Available Beginning in Spring 2026
I created the course that I needed as a new mom. Early in my parenting journey, I found ideas and concepts that were helpful to me, but no single, comprehensive course that covered everything that I was looking for. After years of research, multiple trainings, four certifications, and the experience of raising my own kids, I’ve created a comprehensive course for parents. The Mindful Parenting Course teaches brain and child development, healthy communication, building emotional literacy, healing anger, and powerful strategies to regulate the nervous system so that parents can be the calm, confident leaders that their children need.
