Intro to Mindfulness

Please join me for this live, six-session Zoom course presented over six weeks. We’ll strengthen our mindfulness skills, connect with other parents and caregivers, and reset our nervous systems so that we can feel our best in 2021, regardless of outside circumstances. Meets Thursdays on Zoom from 1:00 to 2:15 PST. Each session will include mindfulness and parenting skills, meditation practice, questions and answers, and small group discussions.
The course is open to parents, teachers, clinicians, and anyone who cares for or about children.
