My practice is based in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles, California. I’m licensed and provide virtual therapy sessions in both states. I also provide virtual Mindful Parenting coaching and consultation nationally and internationally.

Parenting Consultations

For guidance and support with specific challenging behaviors or dynamics

Parent coaching meetings take place through video or phone, and are available nationally and internationally. These sessions provide an opportunity to receive guidance and support for your specific needs and family dynamics. I provide a safe, confidential space for you to share your concerns, and I offer strategies and solutions to reduce stress and build closer relationships within your family.
The fee for a 45-minute Mindful Parenting consultation video/call is $250. Longer sessions are available by request and will be prorated.

This six-week class for children ages 6–10 helps kids develop mindfulness and kindness practices through engaging activities, stories, games, and art while making friends and having fun! Participants will learn to connect with their breath and body, notice their thoughts and feelings, and engage joyfully in the present moment.

In this 6-week class for teens ages 13-17, Noelle will introduce Portland-area teens to powerful practices for staying grounded and increasing emotional and mental well–being. Participants will learn strategies to reduce stress, increase resiliency, and navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.

Intro to Mindfulness

Please join me for this live, six-session Zoom course presented over six weeks. We’ll strengthen our mindfulness skills, connect with other parents and caregivers, and reset our nervous systems so that we can feel our best, regardless of outside circumstances. Each session will include mindfulness and parenting skills, meditation practice, questions and answers, and small group discussions.
The course is open to parents, teachers, clinicians, and anyone who cares for or about children.

Mindful Parenting Online Course

I created the course that I needed as a new mom. Early in my parenting journey, I found ideas and concepts that were helpful to me, but no single, comprehensive course that covered everything that I was looking for. After years of research, multiple trainings, four certifications, and the experience of raising my own kids, I’ve created a comprehensive course for parents. The Mindful Parenting Course teaches brain and child development, healthy communication, building emotional literacy, healing anger, and powerful strategies to regulate the nervous system so that parents can be the calm, confident leaders that their children need.

Sibling Harmony Workshop

Supporting your children’s sibling relationships

Learn the most effective strategies to best support your kids in their sibling relationships. In this workshop, you’ll learn the causes of sibling rivalry; how to coach kids to communicate feelings; how to teach siblings to solve problems and resolve conflicts; and tools to prevent future conflict and foster sibling harmony.
This workshop is appropriate for traditional and blended families. We’ll meet once per week for three weeks in small groups on Zoom. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of each class. Each class is 90 minutes.

Mindful Art for Kids Workshop

Teaching mindfulness through art activities

In Mindful Art for Kids, I teach the practice of mindfulness to parents and kids through fun and engaging art activities. In this parent-and-me collaborative workshop, you and your child will learn an introduction to mindfulness and breath work for kids; learn simple mindfulness tools to help with focus and relaxation; learn how to incorporate mindfulness into art activities; make creative art projects that can be used to practice mindfulness skills at home.
This is an in-person small group workshop that meets for 90 minutes. All art materials will be provided for each family.

Mindful Art for Teens Workshop

Teaching mindfulness and self-compassion through art

Art is a powerful healing modality that connects mind and body. In Mindful Art for Teens, I teach mindfulness and self-compassion practices to adolescents through engaging art projects. In this small group workshop, your teen will have the opportunity to connect with other teens in a safe and supportive environment; receive an introduction to mindfulness and breath work for teens; learn simple mindfulness tools to help with focus and relaxation; learn how to incorporate mindfulness into art activities; and make creative art projects that can be used to practice mindfulness skills at home.
This is an in-person small group workshop that meets for 90-minutes. All art materials will be provided for each teen.
